Castelli Group prepared a feasibility study on the renovation of 10 Outram Street from a C grade office building to an A grade four-level multi-tenant office building, including basement car parking with 23 secure undercover car bays. Castelli engaged a design team and managed the Council approval process, all the while identifying the potential to increase the net lettable area of the development within the existing framework.
Castelli Projects performed the construction work in accordance with the design, and Castelli Commercial ran the leasing and marketing campaign and continue to manage the leased building.
