Castelli Group prepared a feasibility study on the renovation of 56 Kishorn Road from a C grade office building to an A grade two-level multi-tenant office building, including basement car parking with 22 secure undercover car bays. Castelli engaged a design team and managed the Council approval process for refurbishment including a new modern façade, entry statement, lift, end of trip facilities, amenities, and landscaping. Castelli Projects performed the construction work in accordance with the design, and Castelli Commercial continue to manage the leased building.
